Common Questions

1) I paid but didn’t get access. What should I do?
Please wait a few minutes and check your email (including spam/junk). Then log in to your account and check your dashboard. If you still can’t access, email us with your Order ID.

2) Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, sales are generally final once access is provided. If you face a technical access issue, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

3) Are you affiliated with Adobe/Salesforce/Pega, etc?
No. Our mock tests are independently created for learning and practice. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
